Jin said, “As a dedicated woman in Sales and Marketing, my goal has always been to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships with our clients. At VTSA, I take pride in our exceptional after-sales support, strengthening connections that go beyond transactions. Throughout my journey as an Area Sales Manager, I have had the privilege of driving impactful sales strategies, securing key accounts, and fostering client trust. These experiences have reinforced my belief that women bring invaluable insight, resilience, and innovation to the industry. Anjanette also affirmed, “As a female Sales and Marketing Officer in an elevator company, my job requires taking on challenging tasks, but I have proven that being a woman does not mean my work is limited to sitting in an office, holding a pen, and using a computer. I can climb towering buildings, enter tight and dusty construction sites, and face every challenge without hesitation in the career I have chosen. I do this because I love what I do and I am passionate about my job. No matter how difficult it gets, I can handle it—because I am an empowered woman.”
